Duet / Trio Sessions

Double Strength

A lesson for 2 to 3 people, a great way for friends/family to work out together & still receiving individual attention to your body & your goals, using all studio apparatus.

Online Zoom Sessions

Remote Workouts

A 1 on 1 private lesson delivered via Zoom online. We will do a mat work class according to your level, also incorporating the magic circle & arm weights.
